I should be studying for this midterm right now. But it always seems that when I muster enough will power to study for any test I think of a billion other things that need to be done. And since I haven't blogged this week I don't feel so bad putting the studying off!
Anyway, after Monday's lecture on social networking I realized it was time to go through my "friends" list and purge a few people. And by a few I mean like 100. I couldn't decide who I should delete. I was afraid that some friends would be offended or I would be weird if I kept people who I don't know that well but like to "stalk". Then I realized, no one sees this but me! So.... I went on a deleting frenzy. I made a few rules. Keep family and people I genuinely like. Get rid of people you have NEVER communicated with on FB. Save friends or people who might be good connections later on. And delete people who make me feel like my life sucks (cause I don't really talk to them anyway). And WOW! It felt so good! I could still delete a few more but then I would only have my mom and a few friends, so I'll save it until they make an annoying comment or something on a picture. It's funny how that works. People on FB walk a thin line with me now. If you say something that annoys me I'll delete you and we won't be friends anymore. So there! Yea, definitely relationally aggressive.
Hahaha. I LOVE this post. Too good. Sounds like me a few months ago. And by the way...I too am avoiding studying for the test...so I am going around commenting on everyone's blog. UGH!
